We, at MoPostpartum Shapewear, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we
offer a 7-days, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you have 7days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for
refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our
warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse
within 30 days of receipt in the following conditions:

  • Where the need for the return is at the negligence of the store MoPostpartum
  • Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
  • For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. No Exceptions.
  • Returns are not acceptable due to wrong size selection. The Customer service line can be contacted pre size selection in order to ensure that the best size fit is selected.

Typical processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days from the time your package arrives
at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used
for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable just the value of the garment. Please be
aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned
merchandise that doesn’t meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees. (up to 50%
of the original price).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages
with insurance. MoPostpartum will not be responsible for any damage or lost items due to


Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning products to MoPostpartum and
accept all risk of loss for the product being returned. If you decide to return your garment, the
free shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Please note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly girdles and
panties) are considered “FINAL SALE” which means we are unable to accept them for
return. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages, and you will always be
informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart prior to starting the checkout
process. Items in the “Hot Sale” category are considered as final sale. ** Free gifts and
promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.


A return form must also be filled on the website with all needed information provided.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
